I offer support in improving your diet and nutrition in a sustainable and enjoyable way, taking into account your individual needs and lifestyle. I’m also specialized in pregnancy and postpartum nutrition and focus on women’s health and nutrition during various lifestages.
I am also working with companies, who recognize the importance of nutrition and healthy eating for the health and wellbeing of their staff. I regularly host workshops and healthy cooking classes for companies on topics such as “Eating healthy when busy”, “Nutrition for productivity and brain health”, “Smart eating strategies”.
If you are stressed, busy and don’t have time to prepare your food, I will act as your support and guide, to establish healthy habits and develop recipes that fit with your schedule.
I prefer to see clients face-to-face, especially for their initial consult but I also offer online video consults as well.
