Week 1 Meal Plan

I am happy to welcome you to the 30 Day Rejuvenation Program, where we will focus on improving our digestion  and boosting our metabolism! I am very excited to share this program with you, as I have worked long hours in creating it, and testing the recipes. I hope you will enjoy the meals, and that you will feel a difference in your digestion at the end of this program!  

With this post, I’d like to share with you the principles on which I have based this program to improve digestion and metabolism. Faulty digestion is a condition that many of us are suffering from, and nowadays it’s rather the norm than an exception.

So many people are used to feel heavy, bloated and constipated that we have come to accept these feelings as a normal part of daily life. But it doesn’t have to be this way! You can feel more energized, lighter in your body and experience a smooth digestion, flat belly and more energy!
