The membership is created with these two qualities in mind . Each month we focus on a specific topic related to healthy eating and living and we go deep on how we can incorporate the theory into our daily routine.

What is this membership about?
This membership will accomplish the two factors above: it will provide consistency and accountability so you can incorporate new habits into your life more easily. The idea is similar to a group coaching, where each month we will focus on a specific theme. You can find all monthly themes here. There will be premium content on my website, which will be accessible to members only. Additionally we will have a private chat group where there will be live videos, chats and it will be where the community will be. I envision this as a place of like-minded people, sharing the journey towards a healthier life and knowing they are not doing it on their own. We will have daily prompts, Q&As and more.
