Why should you become a member?

The goal of Plateful Nutrition Membership is to encourage healthy habits that will stick long-term!

Firstly, from my work with individual clients, I have noticed that slow, steady and CONSISTENT work is the secret that guarantees the most success and that helps create habits that will stick.

This is why, each month we will focus on a specific topic and dive deep into the theory, lay out a practical plan on how to implement the theory into our daily life and support each other throughout the process.

Additionally, we will work on creating consistency with daily prompts, small tasks and short homework. We will cover the theory together, and then together we will put that theory into practice day by day.

Secondly, beyond CONSISTENCY, we need ACCOUNTABILITY to create a new habit successfully. As a holistic nutritionist and health coach, I see my clients perform much better when they have someone to account to. Sure, you can be accountable to yourself but this requires a lot of self-control and diligence. And we will work towards self-accountability.

Frequently Asked Questions

What time are the live workshops?

You will receive an email with the time table for the month after you register. Remember, that you will always have the recordings available in the membership space on my website and you will receive the link to each recording in your email too.

How is the payment structured?

You can subscribe for the monthly membership at any time and will have full access to the entire membership content and all future live classes. The payment is on a rolling monthly basis. If you register by the end of October 2021, you will pay 35 EUR/month each month. If you register from November 2021 you will pay 45 EUR/month each month. You can cancel your subscription anytime. If you choose to commit to building healthy habits the entire year – than opt for the yearly payment to benefit from the price discount.

Will the membership help me eat better and live more healthily?

The membership will provide you with the tools and inspiration to do so. Our live sessions, group chats, menu plans and recipes will give you lots of ideas on how to eat better, and the theory will help you understand the impact of those changes. Ultimately it will be up to you to show up to yourself daily and to take full advantage of this membership and all it has to offer.

How do I access the monthly content?

When you complete your payment you will be prompted to create a WordPress.com account. You will enter your email and choose a password. You can then log in to the Plateful Nutrition website using that account from the Login page on the main menu. All the membership content is under the Membership Menu. Please note that this content will be created as we move on with each monthly program.

How do I access the group chat and daily prompts?

Upon subscription you will receive a Welcome Email with the link invitation to the private chat group. All daily interactions will take place there. Should there be any issues, please contact us at hello@platefulnutrition.co.
