I love the banana and almond milk combination and adding some colourful blueberries guarantees a divine combination of flavours.
The only equipment you will need to make your Blueberry Banana Smoothie is a blender, and here are the ingredients you will need:
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 cup of almond milk (home-made or store bought)
- optional: hemp seeds / flax seeds
Insert everything in the blender and mix well. Drink immediately.
