Today I want to share with you a recipe that is probably going to make you raise one or two eyebrows, as it might seem quite weird at first. Trust me you want to read this post till the end and try that recipe! You will be more than pleasantly surprised and will want to share that cake with all your friends.
This recipe is super easy to make, all you need is a good food processor. There is no baking involved! Also this carrot cake has no sugar, no white flour, and no eggs, it is completely vegan, and most of all – absolutely DELICIOUS! I am not saying this carrot is calorie free, it’s definitely not. But as you will see from the ingredients, this cake will provide you with some long lasting energy and nutrients, not just with empty calories. The cake is pretty filling too, so you won’t be able to eat much of it on one go anyway. This is what I call a guilt-free dessert. 🙂
