#giveawaycontest #christmascontest #spices #spicesforhealth #spiceupyourlife #luxembourg Sharing with you a simple meal prep that I did yesterday (or what’s left of it ☺️)
Roasted cauliflower and carrots. I add spices such as turmeric and cumin and they taste so good! Steamed broccoli and quinoa, which I prepared at the same time with @mielebelgium steam oven. It saves me time and I also don’t have to do many dishes. l also marinated some tofu and made a lentil soup. To make a simple meal I would basically a little of everything, top it with some fresh greens (see second picture) and call it a day! If you’re interested in meal prepping and want to learn more about how to compose a healthy meal quickly, then have a look at my online course which comes with a 4 week meal plan, grocery shopping lists, recipes and nutritional information and tips on what to pay attention to if you want to make healthy eating a lifestyle you can sustain and enjoy. Link is in my profile and under Courses on my website. You know I love my smoothies so today I want to share a simple smoothie recipe I like to prepare for the entire family. It’s nutritious and delicious 😋 You’ll need:
1 banana
Two handfuls of baby spinach
1 cup frozen wild blueberries (for an added antioxidant boost)
1tsp organic spirulina (high in protein, minerals and vitamins)
2 Brazil nuts (you get selenium which is important for cognitive function, fertility and thyroid)
Optional: plant based protein powder
Fortified plant milk until you reach your desired thickness
Blend and consume immediately 👌🏼
📸 by @dominikamontonenkoivisto I have always said that what we eat affects how we look. However, when it comes to skin, even if food highly affects the way it looks and feels, proper skin care is a must. And the sooner we start taking better care of our skin, the better. Frankly, I started paying more attention to the products I put on my face around the time I turned 30. And I wanted to share with you my current evening skin care routine. I’m choosing toxic free, and as much as possible waste free products, containing natural ingredients that nourish and protect my skin. I cleanse and tone my face with a Konjac facial sponge and @matarrania_cosmetica_bio which removes make up excellently. I then apply the retinol facial serum from @mothernaturecosmetics and the rose serum from @alteyaorganics. Their serum is probably my favorite part of my evening routine. The scent of Bulgarian rose oil feels so luxurious but it’s also highly effective. I feel my skin has improved a lot ever since I started using the serum. I then finish off with @lumenefinland vitamin c sleeping cream. Giving myself the time before bed to just do something for my wellbeing is also such an important aspect of proper self care and when my skin feels soft and nourished in the morning it’s just a double treat for sure! 😊

#christmascooking #christmascookie #cookiedough #thistheseason #luxembourg #christmasvibes #childnutrition #toddleractivities #toddlerfood #cookingwithkids What is freedom? I listened to the paleo report from Kaypacha yesterday @newparadigmastrology (by the way if you’re into astrology you’d like his weekly videos) and his message resonated deeply with me. Oftentimes our perception of freedom is being able to do whatever we want, whenever we want. It is centered around the ego. However freedom doesn’t necessarily mean that. It is oftentimes achieved as we become more conscious. Becoming conscious of ingrained patterns from our past is the first step towards experiencing more freedom. With that said freedom can be found in interpersonal relationships and in mundane daily activities that are not associated with the idealistic (and narcissistic) picture of freedom.
