Changing the way you eat can change the way you look, feel and think. If you want to improve your diet and nutritional intake you are at the right place. I offer support in healthy weight loss, weight gain, sports nutrition, as well as pregnancy and postpartum nutrition.
If you are stressed, busy and don’t have time to prepare your food, I will act as your support and guide, as we navigate to implement healthy habits and recipes that fit with your schedule.
You know you need to improve your diet but are not sure what foods you should focus on. You think you might be lacking certain nutrients, or need a tailored guide that will help you eat healthier and focus on the foods that might be right for you. A nutritional analysis will help you get to know what nutrients might be lacking in your diet, and what food to eat to obtain them. Group health coaching is a great way to start implementing healthier habits, connect with like-minded people on a similar health path as you, and save money. The sessions can be held in person or via Skype.
Healthy Cooking Classes
I organize healthy cooking workshops on a regular basis, and also offer cooking classes for companies and private individuals. Corporate cooking classes are a great way to show your employees you care about their health and well being, and create stronger bonds and team spirit. I cook together with all participants, which adds to more fun and hands-on learning.
