Healthy Cooking Classes
I organize healthy cooking workshops on a regular basis, and also offer cooking classes for companies and private individuals. Corporate cooking classes are a great way to show your employees you care about their health and well being, and create stronger bonds and teamwork. I cook together with all participants, which adds to more fun and hands-on learning. For private individuals I offer cooking classes and unique menu creation for special events or parties. I really appreciate your classes. I learn a lot about nutrients, benefits of each food for the body. I also discovered some food, especially seeds I was not used to eat.
