Every private client journey starts with a comprehensive nutritional and lifestyle assessment. This is your personalised roadmap.

After our initial call, you’ll receive two forms:

Lifestyle Assessment: sleep, stress, movement, work rhythm, nervous system response
Body Systems Symptom Assessment: digestion, hormones, energy, mood, immunity, metabolism

If you have lab results, I can also analyse and integrate them.

With your goals and health concerns in mind, I create your personalised assessment, where you’ll receive:

✔ Insight into how one system affects another (because the body works as a whole)
✔ Understanding of why symptoms are not always the root cause
✔ Targeted nutrients your body needs and why
