Pricing & FAQs
How do I know which session is right for me?
If you’re seeking clarity, motivation, or a reset, the Soul Nutrition Session is a great starting point. If you’re ready to build consistent habits and feel fully supported, the 1-month coaching is for you.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes, longer-term coaching (2–6 months) is available. We can co-create a container based on your goals, schedule, and level of support needed.
What’s included in corporate workshops?
Each session is interactive, practical, and tailored to your team’s needs. Most include presentation slides, live Q&A, and take-home resources. Some include a cooking demonstration, and for smaller groups – lunch catering.
Do you work online or in person?
Both. Sessions can be held via video or in-person in select locations (at the moment Tunbridge Wells, Sussex, Kent, London Area, and Luxembourg). Initial consults are often best face-to-face where possible.
