I’m Vesela Drews, a holistic nutritionist, wellbeing educator and yoga teacher.

I work at the intersection of nutrition science, nervous system regulation and human behaviour, supporting individuals and organisations to move away from burnout-driven habits and towards sustainable wellbeing.

My approach is grounded, practical and human – no fads, no fear-based messaging, no perfectionism.
