This course is designed to help you gain some basic understanding in nutrition and adopt healthy eating habits that you can easily incorporate in your lifestyle.

In the first section of this course we will discuss what eating healthy really means.

You will gain a better understanding of the role the macronutrients – carbohydrates, fat and protein, play in our health, as well as what you should be avoiding. The role various vitamins and minerals play for your health and well-being will be discussed as well, in addition to the subject of weight-loss.

Creating New Food Habits

The second part of the course is focused on creating new sustainable eating habits.

If we want to achieve long-lasting results and make healthy eating a second nature and something we can sustain in the long run, we need to make it a habit. You will learn all about habit building, including how habits are formed, and how to create new ones that will stay with you for life.

Creating a Healthy Diet For You

The third part of the course is the heart of the course, where you will be given the tools and will learn how to build a diet that is right for YOU. You will know what the components of a healthy diet are, and discover the steps to build it.

You will be given practical tips for every day eating, which also play an important role in our diet and lifestyle, such as how to:

  • store your food
  • stock your pantry
  • read labels
  • shop smart
  • sustain your goals when eating out.

4 Week Complete Meal Plan

The last part of the course is focused on meal preparation and how to incorporate this time-saving practice in your daily life. You will be given access to a 1-Month Meal Plan with over 30 recipes and shopping lists so that you get the hang of meal prepping and make it part of your lifestyle.

After this course you will master meal preparation, how to compose your meals in a healthy way and how to effortlessly make healthy eating a part of your life.
