Are you in your 3rd trimester of your pregnancy or up to 12 months postpartum? Then this program is for you!

This is a unique program for moms, designed to make them prioritize self-care and to pinpoint the areas in their life they need to actively work on.

It is an uplifting program, one that aims to guide you towards better nutrition, emotional wellbeing and mental clarity.

If you are in the early months of your postpartum journey it can prepare you for a smooth transition back into your work life.

And if you are multiple months postpartum it can help you get your priorities set with hands-on and practical advice.

Time investment

There will be weekly live workshops each of 1h30min. The Workshops will take place on Sundays with the first workshop starting on January 23rd. More information about the time of the workshops will be shared to the participants. In case you can’t make the live workshops there will be a recording. Additionally you will get meal plans, plus little prompts throughout the week to put the knowledge into practice.

Meet your host

Vesela Drews, Certified Holistic Nutritionist

I am mother of two beautiful girls and currently 10 months postpartum myself. Both my pregnancies have led me to focus on pregnancy and postnatal nutrition. I focus on holistic health, taking into account not just your diet, but overall lifestyle as well as your goals and challanges. I completed my studies with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. As a mother, my interest has further expanded into child nutrition, and I have completed a certification course in Child Nutrition and Cooking from Stanford University as well as a course in Nutrition and Lifestyle in Pregnancy from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU).


And there’s more! As I see health and self-care as a holistic approach, the program will cover topics such as physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. I have teamed up with women, who are specialized in their field to provide you with a well-rounded tips and practical advice on how to practice self-care. Think physicall wellness, emotional stability and healthy relatioships, as well as stress-free home environment.

Sanna is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM CPT), certified Blackroll Trainer, and a passionate group instructor with more than 16 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is specialised in pre-and postnatal fitness and has launched a program called B2Y, which combines her love for assisting fresh mamas getting started on their fitness journey and working with groups. She is also a mother of three active children and she knows first hand what it means to find time for yourself when being a mother.

Jitka has theoretical background in Relationships – certified by a London Coaching School (Salus Academy). She also has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management in France and a degree in
Teaching, Children Development Psychology included.
Beside having a large experience in corporate, research and coaching, she is also a mother of three beautiful children.

For me, Before & After is a way of living, not just a business. I created it with the goal of helping people transform their homes and in turn, their lives for the better. 
The services I offer are customised to the needs of my clients and range from full home decluttering and reorganisation to one-on-one workshops on different topics related to organising. I also assist clients with packing/unpacking in the context of relocation and staging for real estate valuation or sale. 


The spaces are very limited (max 15 participants) to make this a more individual experience. Registration is done on a first come, first serve basis.

Your most common questions

When are the virtual workshops taking place?

You will receive the full schedule of the workshops before the program starts. Our live online workshops take place over Zoom every Sunday afternoon. I know time is scarce as a mom, so I decided to host the workshops on a Sunday, when chances are you have someone to watch over your baby so you can give this time for yourself. Should you not be able to make the live workshop, you will receive the recording afterwards. But I strongly encourage you to participate in the live one to get the most value of the workshop for your own particular situation.

How does the program work?

We will meet up virtualy once a week for about an hour an a half and cover a specific topic. The format will be different: from live cooking classes, presentations to group coaching sessions. You will also receive some practical tips to implement in your day after the workshop.

Are there other payment options?

You can make the payment directly through the website using your credit card. The payment is secured and your subscription will be cancaled after the three months of the program if you choose the monthly option. If payment by credit card is not possible, get in touch via email (hello(at)platefulnutrition.co) and I will send you an invoice for a bank transfer.

Can I participate just for one month?

The program is designed to flow from one month to the next, with different topics related to holistic health and wellbeing being gradually introduced and covered. The program is designed for max 15 women and it is important to create a circle of trust and to getto know each other as we move from one topic to the next. The success of the group is determined by the group consisting of the same members. If you want to join the program then you need to commit to the three months in order to benefit from it fully; there is no option to join on a monthly basis.

*Terms & conditions for refunds up to 15 days after the program start

In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did your best effort in committing to the program, and unfortunately it did not work for you.
To process this refund successfully, I would need the information that has been stated below. In case you are not able to provide with the proof of these requests, you will not be granted a refund. All refunds are discretionary.
In the event that you submit a request for refund, I would require a proof of participation on all live workshops, proof of active participation in our group chat, as well as proof of contacting me prior and seeking interim in the program guidance and assistance. There is no refund for requests that have been submitted more than 15 days after the start of the program.
