Making sustainable changes in our diet that will stick with us in the long run


You now have learned what the components of a healthy diet consist of. We have covered some basic nutritional foundations in the first section of this course. We discussed how our habits influence our eating habits and discovered new tools that can help us replace the old habits that no longer serve us with new, sustainable ones. And in the third part of the course we learned how to build a healthy diet that is right for you.

In this part of the course we will discover simple steps you can take daily to improve your diet. Remember, the goal is to develop a healthy diet that we can sustain in the long run, to be more in touch with our body and its needs, and to feel more energized and healthy.
