Knowing you are preparing food using ingredients that nourish your body will help you stay healthy and energized. And following a few easy preparation techniques will ensure you always have a healthy option for a meal even when you have no time to cook.
I have teamed up with Nature Elements who will provide the fresh and organic ingredients for the recipe testing. You will also have the opportunity to buy a basket full with the recipe ingredients, so you can start cooking at home.

This workshop will equip you with some techniques and tips on how to prepare food that will save you time during the week.
